A SKOS concept scheme defining physical power transmission links (interconnectors) used by Svenska Kraftnät. The scheme includes concepts for cross-border and internal transmission connections such as Fenno-Skan, Konti-Skan, NordBalt, Baltic Cable, and SwePol Link. Each concept is described with identifiers, multilingual labels, alternative labels, and definitions, including technical characteristics such as HVDC or AC connections. The scheme supports consistent identification and exchange of grid topology elements across systems and data domains in the electricity market.
